Milani liquif’eyeliner: About $6 found t drugstores | Urban Decay 24/7 eyeliner: About $17 found at ULTA/Sephora.
Both are long wearing, (9 hours solid!) creamy and very pigmented..I do have to say I actually prefer Milanis liners to the Urban decay, the Milani is more pigmented and I find them to be smoother ! :) Only down side is the color selection for Milanis liners are small-
